How Pricing Actually Works

It starts with a free conversation — a real look at what's going on in your business, no cost and no obligation.

If it's a fit and you're ready to move forward, the next step is a Financial Health Assessment ($250 flat, fully credited toward your onboarding fee), which sets your exact monthly rate based on your entity structure, transaction volume, royalty sources, and payroll needs. No guessing, no one-size-fits-all number.

A one-time onboarding fee applies after that (typically 1–2x your monthly rate, depending on how much cleanup your books need going in) — net of your FHA credit.

Common Questions

  • That's normal, and it's exactly what the first conversation is for. Plenty of clients sit somewhere in between — a producer who also runs a small home studio, or a songwriter who occasionally hires session musicians. We'll figure out the right fit together, not force you into a box.

  • No annual contract. You're not locked in — the goal is to earn your business every month, not trap you into staying.

  • Not at all. While we're building deep roots in both markets, service is fully remote and available nationwide — everything from bookkeeping to royalty tracking works the same no matter where you're based.

  • Every package covers the essentials — the things nearly every client needs regardless of size. If something genuinely doesn't apply to your situation, that's part of what gets sorted out during your Financial Health Assessment, and it can factor into your quoted rate.

  • That's common, and it's exactly what the onboarding process is built for. Your onboarding fee accounts for how much cleanup is actually needed — so a messier starting point doesn't disqualify you, it just gets priced in honestly.
