Refund and Fulfillment Policy
1. Digital Product Fulfillment
All products sold on our website are digital downloadable goods and online community memberships. Upon successful payment, customers will receive immediate access to their purchased products via email or within their account dashboard on our website. No physical products are shipped.
2. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital products or memberships once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
3. Exceptions to the Refund Policy
We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances where refunds are appropriate. In such cases, refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Refunds will be granted at our sole discretion under the following conditions:
The customer was unable to access the digital product due to technical issues on our end, and we are unable to resolve the issue.
The digital product was misrepresented or does not match the description provided on our website.
4. Membership Cancellations
Customers may cancel their online community membership at any time. However, no refunds will be provided for any unused portion of the membership term. Access to the community will continue until the end of the current billing period.
5. Charge-backs and Disputes
If a charge-back or payment dispute is initiated by the customer, we reserve the right to suspend access to all digital products and services until the issue is resolved. We encourage customers to contact us first to resolve any issues before initiating a charge-back.
